How to cure this diaper rash?? Caused due to change of brand of diaper

Could could be because you change the diaper brand or it could be that you are constantly using diapers non-stop 24 x 7 because in winter season a lot of parents prefer using that so it can be associated with either of the things use a diaper rash cream which would be good for reducing them over the period
