Hello there Ma'am Primary treatment of labial adhesions consists of applying topical estrogen cream (conjugated estrogen cream or estradiol vaginal cream 0.01%) directly onto the area of adhesions of the labia minora. The cream can be applied to the adhesions two or three times daily for several weeks. also consult with your doctor too in person. take care
