DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and she is having a cold and chest congestion so don’t give him a bath and give 2 ml Ascoril Ls syrup three times a day and proper antibiotic too

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases alohjng with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
