use small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste twice daily upto the age of 3 years.
later use fluoridated kids toothpaste like kidodent cherriogel or pediflor

you mayuse the baby special tooth paste and tooth brush
Babyhug tooth paste is very good
if you are not comfortable with it z you may use the cotton cloth wrapper around your finger to clean it
