Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl11 months agoA. Thermophob you should apply on the vaccination site but prior to that keep cold pack or ice cube regularly do this 5 to 6 times within 24 hours the swelling will subside and if there is pain then you can give paracetamol without fever also
