how to avoid risk of miscarriage till 12 weeks as i am 6 weeks pregnant and earlier had 2 miscarriage

So first I have to you just have to see what was the history of your miscarriages why you had a miscarriage what was the reason first you need to be sure about all these things and make sure that you do not do those things which led to a miscarriage also I think it is always going to be good for you to take a proper bed rest and please take a proper advice with your Doctor Who manage your history for your loss to miscarriages
