Use Cetaphil lotion on the skin of the child if you are having so many issues I would just like to tell you that this is going to be one of the best options for dry skin issues that your child is having tried and tested if you don’t feel is with that then you can go ahead with NMFE vitamin E cream that the another option that I can suggest which completely safe to be used so you can go for that too if you want
