How to avoid diaper rashes

Do apply coconut oil or olive oil or Himalaya baby cream everytime before using the diaper. Actually diapers absorb moisture from the skin and thereby cause rashes that's why extra moisture is needed.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
