Sowmya MMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl5 years agoA. hiactually don't take this during breastfeeding time it reduces the heat in the body and again it completely depends on the region where do you stay also usually during breastfeeding you have to take lots of spice items and green leafy vegetables which includes cumin pepper seeds and all
