Food quantity depends upon the child’s activity
A single roti with dal or 1 katori of rice and dal, one fruit as a snack like it can be given
Give small and frequent meals
Avoid over feeding As it might lead to Vomiting or indigestion

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
