How many times and how many drops are useful of paracetamol paediatric oral suspension I.P. PCM drops at the time of second vaccination of two and half month child ?

A. if you are child has got DPT vaccination it causes pain fever in swelling over the injection site so you can give Paracetamol drops and give 10 drops to your child and repeat every 6 hours
