how many months a delivered mother should tie cloth for head and how many days she should use hot water and how many days she should wear socks can any one please tell me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. As it’s already one month so now you can stop wearing that but make sure you rest fir atleast 6 weeks and give your body ample time to recover and eat a healthy nutritious diet and drink plenty of water

As body has undergone a huge transformation during pregnancy. So fir atleast 40 days you should kelp your head covered and drink warm water. Good luck and take care
