#asktheexpert Manasvi fell from bed yester night and a lump has been developed on her head. We put cloth soaked in hot water and salt and gave her Arnica 30. Is there anything to worry?

A. dear mom. you can guve her syp pcm if she has fever or pain.. do aply cold fomentation at sweeling site itcwill help to numb pain and to reduce inflamation. ok
