how many ml of meftal-p syrup can be given for fever to 3 years old.he weights 15kg . please suggest

A. i used p250 yesterday bjt the fever has not come down.

A. better not use combination medicines unless the pure is very high use only paracetamol to the baby which is safe medicine for the baby and do cold sponging also ok
