ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. Absolute bed rest for 7-10 days at the least. But even after that you aren’t supposed to work. No bending or heavy weight lifting or even straining in the bathroom. No excessive walking also.
