A. After six months post surgery you can do all sorts of exercises including Surya namascar. You’re not supposed to put any pressure on your abdomen for a minimum of six monthsWrite Your Answer Here

A. Better after 6 months. Since u had c section after six months, consult with your doctor once and if the doctor confirms the internal stitches should have healed then you can start exercising.
