ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hello. fever after Vaccinationat is common and it last fir 2 - 3 days. Give Paracitamole drops as per your doctor's advice. Breast feed well. Do apply cold fomentstion at injection site.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl7 years agoA. maximum of 48 hours of fever and pain will be there at the baby but it will definitely subside within 48 hours and if more than that then you should check with the doctor it could be some other infection
