ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi usually complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth
