so better take rest.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

About 8 to 9 months so that the internal stitches also heal properly by that time see this is a process which takes a lot of time I mean a lot of time so you have to take a lot of care of the C-section stitches as well so that you do not face any issue later in the future
