The baby can be given 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 time snacks as such  and in between you can give your feed or alter it with solids
water is very much essential otherwise can lead to hard stools as well
give water a few sips throughout the day other fluids in form of dals  juicy fruits vegetable soups

You should give proper meals of food to the child of breakfast lunch and dinner and if the child is not having water give butter milk coconut water you can make detox water by adding some fruits and mint to that that would also give a good flavour for the child to enjoy
