Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can crush and give it in very small amount to the child and if the child is able to digest it then you can give it regularly and you can mix with food or milk and give it to the child

It can be given in paste form after soaked in water for some hours..
it can be given in powder form
It can be given mixed with the milk (A2 Desi cow milk)
Take sunbath daily
