How effective is bio oil over stretch marks? Can it be applied after one month of c section?

Yes Can be applied definitely and people say bio oil is extremely good so you can definitely try that and also vitamin E oil is supposed to be very good so you use bio oil if you get good results with it then it’s good otherwise you can use vitamin E E oil as well
