POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. To reduce weight, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday.
