How can I increase my breastmilk? my milk is not enough for my baby's hunger and every time after breast feed I have to give him top feed.

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
