Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai gopd evening !! For improving breast milk supply include lactating foods in regular diet. Milk diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic,poppy seeds,garlic milk having more water . Also give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
