how can I get weight loss

A. only way to lose the excess weight is to do moderate exercises which is very important we should do brisk walking yoga it is take lot of water green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. U Just have to go for a proper workout and diet think that’s the best way to lose down wait on a regular basis the weight loss will be permanent as well because when you do both the things together the weight loss is more evident and on is on a permanent basis
