A. Hello Not just breakfast but full days diet has to be controlled for losing weight You can 1. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, curd, skim milk, low fat paneer, Vegetables, daily 2. Avoid sugar , sweets, fried foods, bakery foods, biscuits, chocolate, 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
