hloo doctor.... plzzz suggest mee how to nebulize at home .. without nebulizer. .plzzz help me ....ππππ

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. hi for nebulization with medication you will need to the Nebulizer only indirect steam can be given. If your baby is having cough and cold get him examined by a doctor once because personal examination is required to assess the exact condition . you can give indirect steam to 2-3 times and the day and apply Vicks baby rub or little mustard oil heated with ajwain garlic and Methi seeds over the chest back and soles of both feet of your baby. keep him well hydrated by exclusively breastfeeding and in case of nose block you can use saline nasal drops

Hi mom You can give steam water inhalation if cold cough is there Give feeding every two hours of intervals BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection Also give ajwain smell or ajwain steam You can also sit at bathroom with hot water on This way steam can go in babyβs nose
