hloo doctor,my Son is 4yrs old ,,from some days he is having dry cough,,we used medicines also,bt the cough is not getting low,,,can u pls suggest some remedies to get over it,he is a very less immune person,suggest for that too which builds immunity...Thank you

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Start giving honnitus cough syrup twice a day to the child and steam inhalation at bed time and keep head little elevated while sleeping abd give warm liquids like soups to the child

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. hi first ,you must maintain good hydration. give Luke warm water to drink. avoid giving cold and sugary food items. you can prepare small ball from jeggary+ pinch of turmeric powder + dry ginger powder ,give it before sleep time. it will definitely help.
