You can start light exercises like brisk walking , easy yoga postures that does not strain your abdomen after 3 months only post consultation with doctor. Once you are accustomed to light exercises, you can consult doctor again at 6 months if you can start with other exercises and may include balance of strength, cardio, aerobics, yoga etc.
But whenever you start, consult your doctor first. And exercises are generally asked to be avoided till 3 months post c section but differs from case to case on your recovery and you may be asked to start at a later stage if your recovery seems to be slow.

please do the following things:
after completion of 6 months of delivery ,you can start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
till that walk walk and walk it is good pelvic floor exercise.
don't use vehicles for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
increase your Fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
maintain good hygiene
