Q.

hlo Dr. my breast milk is in very less amount. I delivered baby girl before 15 days. what I do to increase breast milk.suggest any powder for drink for me.

A. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
