Hlo Dr, kya mai apne daughter ko cerelac de sakti hu.. Uska 6 months complete ho gya h, or cerelac kitna time or kitne quantity me du,,,, plz suggest me... Uske diet me or kya samil kr sakti hu

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, rather than giving commercially available packaged foods, prefer to give homemade foods. You can give homemade cerelac.
You can also give foods like ragi porridge, khichadi, vegetable dal rice, kheer.
Curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 2 to 3 meals a day. Continue to breastfeed.
