Hlo doc muje thyroid ki problem h but m very much active before delivery but ab after ceserian mere foot bhut pain krte ha i dun knw why

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Try applying warm compress on the paining area to reduce the discomfort. Consult your doctor for further advice.
