His teeth are coming in lower front two teeth, is it normal? what are do's and don'ts for this time ?

yes it's totally normal..
you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth

Yes It is very very normal I’ll just advise you to start giving calcareous PHOS to your child 333 times in a day that will help in easing out the process you can gently massage on the gums of the child with the finger that is also going to make your child feel better
