Q.
Hii there, I have given birth to twins 5 days back through C Section. But milk is not coming from breasts to feed. Kindly suggest the ways to overcome this.

With a C-section surgery a lot of women do not make sufficient will immediately but in most of the cases within a week so we can get better but currently so you can ask your doctor to help you with that along with that you can take some lactation supplement also this is going to hell and also you can do hot compress regularly

check ur nipples opened up or not .. dip ur nipples in hot warm water as much u can bare n clean the skin n open the pores by scrubbing a little it may help open up n milk may flow n feed as much possible to lactate more
