Q.

hii sir my baby is suffering with cold and cough..plz suggest me gud syrup..I have used oral suspension and zen plus but no use..

A. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child. Give warm water to drink. For running nose and cold you can give drops wikoryl a f 0.5 ml 2 timees per day. For cough and cold give nasal saline drops. You can also go for steam inhalation. Give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger water to the child and honey can be added if the child is more than 1 year of age. Meet the doctor if there is no improvement in few days
