Can I use Azithromycin oral suspension IP (100mg) for my 5 months old baby with weight 8kg. And how much ml can be given It’s been 3 days he is suffering from cold cough no syrup is helping

also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
do not use them without medical consultation

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello do not give any medicine unless it is advised by your doctor and in regard to medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guy you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
