Hii sir, mam, my son is 2yr 7months old, he is doing motion for 3days once ,can you me suggestions, what shall do for that?

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptofymatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatmecnt
