hii sir kindly suggest some cream or ointment for sore n cracked nipple. and how to make my 2 months old pre term baby learn proper latching. due to which I am facing extreme breastpain

For breast pain you can ask your doctor your gynaecologist can advise your basic medicine that’s going to be good secondly for your soul nipples I would recommend you to apply Boroline anti septic cream every time after you feed and before feeding clean that area properly feed the child and repeat the process
