hii.. my delivery happened on may 2021. so can i start doing yoga?

A. If you had a vagina delivery then you can start doing all sorts of exercises you want after six weeks itself. But if you had a Cesarean surgery then don’t do any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen until six monthsWrite Your Answer Here

A. As of right now, the current recommendation is to resume yoga 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery. This may sound extreme to you, especially if you did a lot of yoga before your baby. But it's always best to be cautious.
