Hii..My baby girl use to do itching and scratching in her ears.. Is this is normal or what ????

This is normal.
This can be due to teething.
There is itching and pain in gums during teething and this sensation can be felt in ears also due to which the baby pulls or scratches ear.
Give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers that put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething
