everything depends upon the situation present at the time of child birth..
there are lots of factors that decide mode of delivery..
so pray for healthy motherhood

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Be physically active as much as possible.
