Q.
Hii i am 14 weeks pregnant. I got mcdonald stich due to last miscarriage ( which happend due to opening of uterus mouth). Now i am on strict bed rest. I get up from my bed only once in a day to go to freshen up in the morning. My question may i sit on bed taking pillow for some time or not ? Or which physical activities that i can do whether sitting for some time or anything else
