Hii Dr. mujhe 29 july se 5month lga h or usidin se mujhe stomach ke lower part m drd rehta hai or toilet krne me bhi dard hota h

A. trqit is quite natural small babies will be having gas for different reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding you can do colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day
