hii Dr iam blessed with baby boy on 21st October with c section but now iam suffering from constipation and also when I feel it come but some times blood is coming how to overcome this problem

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have more rich fibre food and increase the intake of liquid and also have prune juice on daily basis. Also evaluate once with your gynaecologist and take medication as per her prescription only.
