hii Dr. I have an habit of eating slate pencil in pregnancy. now I am 7mnts pregnant does it affects my baby in the womb. if yes then how its effects.pls help me

Please stop eating it as soon as possible there isn’t much side effect on the baby but when you have cravings for slate pencil it means that you have iron deficiency so please consult your gynaecologist and check your own blood picture once,so that we know if there is any iron deficiency or any other type of anaemia and take appropriate treatment
