hi which treatment is good for anal Fistula or vagina Fistula ayurvedic (kshara sutra) or lazer surgery please suggest

A. see as allopathy doctor we suggest a fustula surgery is best. you gp for that as the healing is fast and you resume back to normal work soon ok dear

A. good morning definitely be a better option if you visit an ayurvedic specialist or without requiring in a surgical intervention is it can be treated with definitely you should go for other option otherwise later surgery can be done

Q. #AskTheExpert Hello my 11 months baby having a small wound near by anal place it was 4 months ago we seen after doctor advised used some ointment and Medicine it's gone 5 months later now same place it i's coming repeatly every week while using syrup it's gone again within a week again it's came ,Based on doctor advised we take ultrasound report and it's attached. Now the surgeon has said it's Fistula . The surgeon told us that the fistula needs surgery to clean the whole part. My question is without surgery the fistula will be cured by using any medicine and can we postpone surgery Is there any impact for the baby, how many months or years can we postpone because baby age below 1 year. And my second question Lazer treatment is possible for fistula treatment for 1 year babies. Please help me with your suggestions thanks.
