Hi which nestum is prefered for 6 months baby ,there we have like only rice,rice plus vegetables,rice plus fruits is there .which nestum should we prefer.please help

Rice is good you can go ahead with that also I’m just going to advise you that you should definitely make sure that you should give healthy home-made food to the child why do you want to give packet food to the child unnecessarily when you can give healthy home-made food
