meeta agarwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello Father, Although gripe water is generally safe, it's not recommended for babies younger than 1 month. The digestive tract is sensitive and still developing at this age.
Although you might be tempted to try gripe water to ease symptoms of reflux, there's no scientific evidence of its effectiveness.
