Hi sir, my son is getting red pimples on the body and face please see the attached image for reference. Please let us know why this happened and precaution to avoid.

A. hi it looks like fungal Infection or allergic reaction so please visit your pediatrician for once choose loo loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child apply pure aloe vera gel or baby soothing Calamine lotion there avoid giving spicy food and citrus Fruits for now
